This notice covers the early-access signup on this website. It does not cover a live medical-records product. Eve is currently in prototype testing.

What we collect

Your email address, name and country, the time you sign up, and your agreement to receive early-access and feedback messages. Please do not enter medical information in the signup form.

How we use it

The Eve founding team will use these details to manage early-access interest, share product availability updates, and invite feedback. Signup information is stored in a hosted database used by this site. It is not published on this website or sent to an AI model by the signup flow.

Messages and your choices

Signing up does not create an account or start a paid subscription. There is no automatic confirmation email. When the team contacts you, you can reply to request that your signup be removed or that messages stop.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, and website performance. This analytics tool does not use cookies or local storage to measure visits. We do not send signup names or email addresses to the analytics tool.

About future care records

This landing page does not accept health reports or offer medical advice. Before a live care-records product becomes available, we will explain how its records, family access, AI processing, and deletion work.
